INTEL CORPORATION REPORTS Q4 EARNINGS
Intel Corporation (INTC) reported strong fourth-quarter earnings on Thursday, driven by continued demand for its data center chips. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.4 billion, up 10% year-over-year (YoY). Full-year revenue was $54.2 billion, down 14% YoY.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were $1.04, beating analysts' estimates of $0.92. For the full year, EPS was $3.94, down 19% YoY.
Intel's strong performance in the fourth quarter was driven by growth in its data center business, which grew 19% YoY.
